Hello!

I work in a busy research department in Oxford and alongside my normal clinical duties I get the chance to work on some interesting non-clinical projects. This can be anything from designing posters, creating presentations to producing videos. Just about anything that requires me to add some visual pizazz!.

These projects have helped me bring my experiences from art school into a clinical setting. I trained as a graphic designer and studied film and photography before joining the Eye Hospital as an Ophthalmic Photographer. My background in art and design combined with 20+ years experience of working in the NHS has given me a valuable understanding of the power that art and design can play in healthcare.
